2 oscars in tank with small Jack Dempsey...what can I feed the jack??

I have had two south american cichlids(oscars) for a couple weeks and they have grown since.I recently got a jack dempsey but he is quite a bit smaller...the oscars eat the bigger pellets and small feeder fish but the jack is to small to eat those...I have done brine shrimp and shrimp pellets but he only gets a few before the oscars eat it.any suggestions on how to get the jack dempsey to grow? and eat?
Answers:
They are omnivores. Foods such as cichlid pellets, algae wafers and spirulina flakes, krill, worms make great diets for these fish.
Feed young fish 2-3 times daily. Adults can be fed 1-2 times a day.
Bloodworms, small grasshoppers, and crickets are good protein choices.
You can also buy the fish serperator or your can buy another fish tank.
